Triple Minority or Triple Threat: Personal Power and Leadership for Chinese female executives

The Year of the Pig is upon us and Blue Heron is excited to announce our new program, “Personal Power and Leadership”, available early this year.  Designed specifically for globally-oriented Chinese female executives, our branded program positions Chinese female execs for increased success when working in a global corporate environment and builds a reality that optimizes the potential of the individual in work and personal life. The program is a highly unique blend of multiple disciplines including:

  • leadership effectiveness
  • intercultural acumen
  • systemized improvement
  • personal awareness and development

…all provided in a framework that accommodates multiple goals and is customized for each individual.

Betsy Neidel is the architect of this unique and powerful framework for success and accomplishment. Her own bi-cultural corporate experience in the US and China;  tenure as an international business coach and advisor; and work as university professor, mentor, and parent has informed her world view and technique for effectively engaging with and helping others rise up.

With many friends who are self-described as feeling like “triple minorities” in the prevailing global corporate culture – as women, Asian, and non-native English speakers – Betsy is committed to providing tools and knowledge to support Chinese female executives as they reach for full potential and satisfaction.

While “triple minority” labels can detract from personal effectiveness, perceived capability, and power in the job, the new Blue Heron-created framework works to create a “triple threat,” in which natural and inherent strengths, perspectives, and abilities are focused on common goals, progress and overall well-being.

Stay tuned for more details and links to this program, available in multiple formats for easy access and suiting different learning styles. For more information, contact us today at info@BlueHeron8.com
