Designed specifically for globally-oriented Chinese female executives, our branded program positions Chinese female execs for increased success when working in a global corporate environment and builds a reality that optimizes the potential of the individual in work and personal life. The program is a highly unique blend of multiple disciplines including:

…all provided in a framework that accommodates multiple goals and is customized for each individual.
Betsy Neidel is the architect of this unique and powerful framework for success and accomplishment. Her own bi-cultural corporate experience in the US and China; tenure as an international business coach and advisor; and work as university professor, mentor, and parent has informed her world view and technique for effectively engaging with and helping others rise up.
